Tea-riffic Idea for Hair or Not?

Hi again, back with more questions!

I’ve read a few posts where people have mentioned washing their hair with either just tea or a mix of ACV and tea. Are there any proven benefits to this approach? I love tea and am aware of the benefits of drinking it, but not much about using it topically. :tea:

Advice/Information welcome on types of tea for washing blonde, dyed, normal hair and the benefits/results of using tea, specifically if I should use it alone or mix it with ACV.

Many thanks and good vibes! :v::blush:

Bump. I’d be curious also about any feedback for this idea.

Hi, I do WO and hen when my hair needs it ( every couple of weeks ish) I do an egg yolk mask( leave a whipped up with a tablespoon of warm water in for 15 mins) then rinse with strong cool rosemary tea ( I’m a brunette) followed by plain luke warm water. Leaves my hair feeling and looking lovely, the rosemary gives it a bit of a colour lift too. I guess if you’re blonde, maybe camomile might work. Basically, I read an article on another site recently that said, if you can eat it, try it on your hair…
Don’t know the science of it though…
