I’m really curios into joining the “No Poo” movement. However I have a few questions:

How often should I rinse my hair with water?

How often should I apply baking soda? (if needed- I don’t really have dandruff)

Can I still condition my hair with coconut oil? (if so, how often?)

Am I still allowed to straighten my hair? (my hair type is very thin and quite freezy)
