I just need a recipe for both the baking soda (no) shampoo and acv (conditioner) rinse. And the best way to use it. Dry hair? Wet hair? How often? Daily? Every other day? Once a week? I know I will have an adjustment period but having a recipe for general ratios and the best way to apply each will be helpful. Please and thank you.
I don’t baking soda wash but I do AVC rinse I don’t do exact measurements but I’d say 1/3 ACV and 2/3 water in an old spray bottle. I have done on both wet and dry hair. But use only when my hair feels waxy.
