how do i remove oil after a hot oil massage with the no poo method? please help
I only tried doing an oil treatment on my hair once after starting no poo - I found no way to remove it without shampoo. Because of this I’ve stopped using any oil treatments. Once no poo is well established, you won’t need any oil treatments because your hair will be coated with your own natural oils. It takes awhile for the full effect but it will happen with patience and time. I periodically swim in the ocean and can experience some dryness on the ends. At those times alone do I use some rinse out deep conditioner but only on the ends.
