I read a book which said chemical products made you get parasytes… Then I read people used vinegar and baking soda…

Two years later, when I was environmentally conscious, I chose to use water only. I don’t use soap or toothpaste.

This is my fourth wash, and I have used some cinamon tea and lemon in my water washing.
