I’ve been doing Water Only for three weeks. It’s incredibly greasy, but I’m persistent. The only problem is that I’m sick of being at home all the time because of Corona stuff, and I want to start jogging. But can this worsen my greasy hair? I mean sweating and that I can’t wash it after every jogging. Wouldn’t it be more greasy? Can u tell me about your experiences while you’re doing sports?

As far as sports and washing it you could just wet it and let it air dry or use some diy dry shampoo (recipe in ebook).
